Stefanie Lynn

Hi! I’m Stefanie Lynn, a Registered Dietitian (RD) and medical nutrition expert. I hold licenses in both New York and Ohio. I’ve been an RD for over 10 years with experience in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings. Weight management and chronic disease prevention are a strong focus of mine, as I currently hold a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management. I am a National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach; as well have my certificate of completion in the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP). My professional and personal mission is to help individuals understand their acute/chronic conditions, interpret health-related research and unlock the world of manageable healthy living through effective health and nutrition counseling.
